Abstract: [eng] The distribution of gains to specialization and exchange : revisisting Ricardo and Heckscher-Ohlin. . The paper considers the interactions between equity and efficiency in the theory of international trade. First, in an intertemporal version of the Ricardo model, one exhibits an extreme case in which some specialisation may be so advantageous that it calls for very high international compensatory transfers. Second, one shows that in the Heckscher-Ohlin model, when redistribution can rely on realistic but unsufliciently powerful tools, policy recommendations in matter of trade may be strongly opposed to standard intuition. On explore les relations entre les problèmes d'efficacité et de redistribution dans la théorie du commerce international. D'abord, dans une version dynamique du modèle de Ricardo, l'analyse d'un cas très stylisé montre que des effets d'apprentissage par l'expérience peuvent induire des spécialisations avantageuses qui appellent des transferts compensatoires internationaux de grande ampleur. On montre ensuite que dans le modèle de Heckscher-Ohlin, en l'absence d'outils redistributifs suffisamment efficaces, la conciliation des considérations d'équité et d'efficacité conduit à adopter des politiques économiques fortement contre-intuitives.
