Abstract: [eng] Contextualized organizational models for an integrated approach of the firm, the case of information services in banking. . This paper has two objectives : illustrate the value of organizational models to address coordination and incentives issues in firms management, and defend the idea that to avoid major malfunctionings (failure of organizational reforms, design of inefficient contracts, etc.) these two issues must be addressed simultaneously and integrate key contextual parameters. Deriving from theoretical works of Aoki, two organizational models caracterizing information services in banking are built and discussed. Based on an international comparison (Japan/US), this detailed analysis of the interdependencies of key technological, human and organizational factors, underlines the very structuring role played by the job market. Cet article illustre l'apport de modèles types d'organisation pour traiter les questions de coordination et d'incitations dans le pilotage des firmes et défend l'idée qu'afin d'éviter des dysfonctionnements (réformes bloquées, conception de contrats au mieux inefficaces...) ces deux notions doivent être appréhendées si­multanément et intégrer des aspects contextuels clés. S'inspirant des travaux d'Aoki, deux modèles types d'organisation couvrant le domaine informatique bancaire sont construits et discutés. Basée sur une étude comparative internationale (Japon/États-Unis), cette analyse détaillée des interdépendances entre variables humaines, technologiques et organisationnelles, souligne notamment le rôle très structurant du marché du travail.
