Abstract:
[fre] Nous analysons l'impact du revenu sur la probabilité d'avoir une consultation médicale à partir de l'Enquête Santé 1991-1992. Nous montrons que l'accès aux soins reste plus difficile pour les personnes ayant un faible revenu même si elles disposent d'une assurance complémentaire. [eng] We analyze the income effect on the probability of visiting a doctor from a french survey. We show that forpeople with low income this probability is increasing with income, even if they have a private Insurance.
