Abstract: [fre] L'article présente une vue perspective des mutations et des innovations en cours dans les systèmes financiers. Une interprétation de ces changements permet de dégager les raisons de cette évolution et ses conséquences tant macroéconomiques que micro-économiques. L'analyse s'oriente principalement vers une étude de la fragilité du système financier international et de sa capacité à résister à des chocs. [eng] This paper presents an outlook of the outstanding changes and innovations in the financial systems. An interpretation of these changes helps understanding the reasons of this evolution and its implications both for macro-economy and micro-economy. The analysis focuses mainly on the international system weaknesses and on its ability to resist to shocks.
