Abstract: [eng] Economic theory, which seemed to analyse properly the post World War two era has been growing drastically late for ten years with regards to the numerous and considerable changes that disturbed contemporary societies. The article assumes that the problems of economic theory were unsolved because the concept of slump was aban- donned and because the analysis of growth were simultaneously almost forsaken. Starting from a simple analysis of growth, the author will try to determine the structural changes leading to the economical slow-down as well as the results of contemporary policies and will think about different alternative strategies. [fre] La théorie économique qui était adaptée à l'analyse de la période guerre paraît depuis dix ans dramatiquement en retard par rapport multiples et importantes transformations qui ont affecté les sociétés contemporaines. L'article suggère que difficultés de la théorie tiennent pour une part à du concept de crise et à un délaissement simultané des analyses croissance. Grâce à une analyse de la croissance, l'auteur tente de les transformations structurelles conduisant au ralentissement ainsi que les effets des politiques actuelles, puis réfléchit à différentes alternatives.
