Abstract: [fre] Après avoir décrit les modifications institutionnelles (nouveaux instruments de la politique monétaire, levée large partie du contrôle du déréglementation,...) ou (apparition de nouveaux financiers, modification de la composition des portefeuilles et des modes financement, ...) récentes, on d'un point de vue théorique et pratique, les choix retenus pour les intermédiaires et les instruments de politique monétaire en France. On demande en particulier si les modifications évoquées ci-dessus renforcent affaiblissent les capacités des autorités monétaires, ou modifient les canaux de de la politique monétaire. [eng] After describing the recent institutional (new instruments of monetary policy, suppression of a large part of the exchange control,...) or economical changes (emergence of new financial products, modification of the composition of portfolios and financing methods,...), the author will analyse, from a theorical and pratical point of view, the choices made for the intermediate objectives and the tools of monetary policy in France. He will examine in particular if the above changes strengthen or weaken the monetary authorities capacity of intervention, or modify the ways and means of monetary policy.
