Formation et transferts des paradigmes socio-techniques

Abstract: [eng] We observe, on the one hand, a certain stability and uniformity of productive systems in time and space and, on the other hand, national and sectorial specificities and an unexpected coming out of a new system. An explanation can be based on the relation between socio-technical paradigm (production is taken in his techno-economic and social features but there is superimposition of sectorial, and universal paradigms) and concrete system. Flexibility is on the of real systems, rigidity, on the of productive paradigms: their configurations are steady and to be transfered such as they (largely because rationality is bounded). A new paradigm emerge when the old system meet a structural crisis and variegated conflicts. [fre] Nous observons d'une part une certaine stabilité dans le temps et une certaine uniformité dans l'espace des systèmes productifs, d'autre part des spécificités nationales ou sectorielles et l'émergence relativement brutale d'un système nouveau. Une explication repose sur la relation entre paradigme socio-technique (la production est pensée globalement, dans ses éléments techno-économiques et dans ses aspects sociaux, et il y a emboîtement de paradigmes productifs nationaux, sectoriels et universels) et système concret. La souplesse est du côté des systèmes concrets, la rigidité du côté des paradigmes productifs : ils sont stables dans leurs configurations essentielles et tendent à se diffuser tels quels (rôle du caractère borné de la rationalité). Un paradigme nouveau suppose une crise profonde de l'ancien système et l'exacerbation de conflits de natures diverses.
