Abstract: [fre] On constate aujourd'hui que les firmes européennes, en retard de taille et de compétitivité, sont tentées de surmonter ce handicap en s'internationalisant davantage et surtout en dehors de la C.E.E. Il en résulte une multiplication des opérations de croissance externe avec des partenaires extra-communautaires, qui n'est pas favorable à la constitution d'un véritable système productif intégré. Compte tenu des avantages qu'il y aurait pour la C.E.E. à consolider d'abord une base industrielle communautaire, on examine ci-dessous les fondements d'une politique concertée d'encouragement aux alliances intra-communautaires (coopérations et concentrations). It is a commonplace to say today that European firms suffer a double gap of size and competitiveness. They try to fill it by internationalisation specially with extra-CEE partners. The outcome is the development of external growth operations with triad partners which is not favourable to the formation of a truly integrated European productive system. According to the gains for CEE to first consolidate a European industrial basis, we examine below the foundations of a concerted policy in order to implement intra-CEE partnerships (cooperations and concentrations).
