Abstract: [fre] Cet article a pour objet l'étude des interactions technologiques et hors marché existant entre les firmes, en dehors des échanges marchands ou contractuellement formalisés. Il s'agit de lister les interdépendances liées à la technologie et non reflétées de manière adéquate par les mécanismes de prix, en examinant tout d'abord les différentes catégories de relations informelles ou de nature technique. On essaie ensuite d'apporter plus particulièrement quelques éléments d'éclairage sur la question des comportements de coopération informelle, avant d'insister sur le rôle central joué par le temps et les processus dynamiques dans le développement des interactions techniques et interdépendances hors marché. [eng] The aim of this paper is to study the untraped and technological interdependencies between firms apart from market exchanges and formal contracts. The second part of the text is mainly devoted to a presentation of different kind of uniformal and technical relations. Then we try to provide some information about the challenging question of informal cooperative behaviors. The conclusion stresses the role played by dynamic processes and time in the development of untraded and technological interdependencies.
