Abstract: [fre] Ce texte présente les articles sur l'О.М.С. Il oppose une conception libéraliste du multilatéralisme à une interprétation coopérative. La première insiste sur le rôle de l'О.М.С. dans le processus de libéralisation des échanges. La seconde souligne sa fonction coopérative. Trois ans après sa création, l'О.М.С. s'est orientée vers la voie libéraliste. La soutenabilité de cette option est remise en cause. [eng] This text presents the following articles about the World Trade Organisation. It opposes a « liberalist » conception of multilateralism to a cooperative interpretation. The first one stresses the role of the organisation to liberalise the international trade. The second one emphasises its cooperative functions. Three years after its creation, the W.T.O. has been driven on a liberalist way. The sustainability of this choice is questionable.
