Abstract: [fre] Le modèle japonais repose sur un monitoring bancaire des firmes, condition d'un mode de coordination interne non hiérarchique. Mais cet agencement est fonction d'un état donné de la réglementation financière, domaine dans lequel de nombreuses évolutions sont intervenues durant la dernière décennie. Notre thèse est que ces évolutions ont déstabilisé la compatibilité microéconomique entre relations financières et relations d'emploi, ce qui contribue à expliquer les dysfonctionnements du modèle productif japonais. [eng] In the Japanese model, bank monitoring is a condition of success of non hierarchical coordination within firms. But this organization depends on a given state of financial regulation, domain in which evolutions occurred during the 80's. Our thesis is that during these evolutions, microeconomic links between financial mechanisms and employment principles have been eroded. This erosion contributes to explain dysfunctions in the Japanese model.
