Abstract:
Green supply chain management is a comprehensive approach that balances maximum profitability with minimizing environmental impact. This approach covers the entire supply chain (from raw material procurement to product recycling) by transforming a traditional supply chain into a green supply chain, enhancing organizational performance and increasing competitiveness. This study is developmental in terms of its purpose. The method employed for gathering data in this research involved conducting a systematic review. The collected sources included reputable articles related to green supply chain management keywords. The findings show that initially, 343 articles were identified based on the keywords; after filtering and closer examination, this number was reduced to ten articles. The results indicate that the successful implementation of green supply chain management not only reduces pollution and waste but also offers benefits such as improved brand image, reduced long-term costs, increased resource efficiency, and achieving a competitive advantage. Finally, strategies such as collaboration among supply chains, enhancing green supply chain management performance, and similar recommendations are provided. The main research question is: "What are the main variables in implementing green supply chain management?" Experts have examined and confirmed that these include process-related factors such as green design, green purchasing, and competition.
