Abstract:
With the globalization and industrialization of all areas of activity, it also increased the role of the individual within the organization, moving from being a mere employee to that of human resource, thus emphasizing their role and importance in the organization, which is why human resource management should pay special attention to people, to treat them professionally according to principles of human resource management. The main investment is human resource. Their motivation should be a constant concern for all organizations. Among motivating factors, an increasingly important role is training courses that are part of the extensive process of training.
