Abstract:
In order to achieve and maintain success in business, any conscious organization needs to find and use new ways to perform. One of the critical tools, offered by Human Resource Management, is just the subject of this paper, namely talent management. Firstly, this paper aims to present the theoretical concept of talent management and its process and secondly, it approaches in a form of qualitative research the use of some of talent management tools – as performance assessment, compensation, employee’s development and succession planning - in a competitive multinational company in the automotive industry.
