Abstract: The protection of child and woman rights in Romania has become an increase concern for the authorities, giving the membership capacity that our country has in the E.U. The social aspects of the citizen’s life must be regulated by a set of legal provisions that covers all the situations in which the less favored persons are vulnerable.
