WOMEN CRIMINALITY – A COMPLEX ISSUE FOR THE UNIVERSAL PUBLIC ORDER

Abstract: The concept of “Women criminality” represents a rather new subject of study in the field of juridical science. Still, national and international statistics have shown that the illegal activities conducted by women have become a phenomenon and a reason for serious concern. There is a new type of women as offenders and we are witnessing an increasing involvement of women in the organized crime.
