Abstract: To prevent the use of competitive practices in the global market by strong economic agents, states have tried to take a series of legislative measures, rules that are true AD or codes. The most important international convention for the suppression of unfair competition in the international market have been developed under the auspices of GATT and include a number of anti-dumping duties and countervailing duties designed to counteract the effects of practicing dumping prices.
