Abstract: Maintenance processes are part of the life cycle of distributed applications, making it necessary to ensure their easy assistance after deployment of the application currently in use. On the basis of the recorded action is taken to assess the maintenance process and maintenance process as a whole. Record number of maintenance processes in the application management provides a basis for determining statistical study of the distribution and consumption of resources on the types of maintenance categories.
