Abstract: This paper discusses the opportunity of using cloud computing and cloud service features to reliably store and manipulate data and databases. It proposes a platform, the Database Dynamic Managemnt Platform (DBDMS), which can be used to effectively handle database versioning of both schema and data. Opportunities and advantages that this systems brings are discussed here and a mathematical model is presented an analyzed for the proposed platform.
