Abstract: The SMEs are regarded as a very significant part of an economy. Their role and the challenges they face during their activity are drawing the attention of the economists all around the world. In the body of this paper we will outline the problem they have with the labor force, a problem that has persisted in the last year and it is getting deeper and deeper. Solutions can be found both inside the company and in the economical policies.
