Technological breakthroughs, along with the diminishing of boundaries between TV, social media and mobile phones allowed distributors and marketers to come up with revolutionary ways of identifying and understanding customers, radically altering the nature of communication with them. In today's global economy, partnerships between resellers and manufacturers are more and more frequent, with the purpose of both improve customer relationship management and to sharing mutually beneficial marketing strategies
