Abstract: People are mainly influenced by emotions in making decisions. A manager or a good leader has to be detached and a little involved in the lives of his employees. This analysis wants to show how managers have made decisions during the Pandemic situation; what factors have influenced them in taking those decisions, and what is the prognosis of the past 2 years. We will analyse the IT sector of SME’s and the risks involved and considered in making sound decisions that will allow the companies to thrive and prosper.
