Abstract:
Tourism and hospitality education departments are facing the challenge of determining the extent to which the Internet should be part of the teaching and learning environment. The relationship between tourism education and the Internet can be viewed from three perspectives. These are:the Internet as a teaching and learning tool, assisting students in understanding the applications of the Internet in the tourism industry, developing student’s operational Internet skills.
