Abstract: Nowadays the need for revenues for the state budget is one of the main issues and concerns of the Romanian authorities. The Romanian legislator positive surprise the public by issuing regulations to facilitate implementation of restructuring measures such as division, merger, liquidation and eliminate some of the "short circuits" that could affect these restructuring measures.
