Abstract: Although the behavior of individuals in organizations has always been a topic of major interest both for researchers and for managers, the term "organizational behavior" is relatively new, but deserves to be emphasized that no organization will be successful if doesn’t continuously adapts its managerial philosophies. One of the main challenges that face decision makers in companies who want to perform in the twenty-first century, whether logic is placed in management, leadership or corporate governance is related to a fundamental change in organizations, meaning an increasing complexity and dynamics and a turbulent environment in which they operate.
