Abstract: Labor force migration is a complex and dynamic process. The dimension of the migrationist phenomenon depends on endogenous and exogenous factors, generating in time and space, for the host and destination country, economic and social costs, as well as a series of political challenges. At the same time, the positive outcome must not be neglected, and managed in an appropriate manner, at social, community and individual level, for the countries involved in the process.
