Abstract: The emergence of the European Union triggered a distinctive opportunity for the integration and convergence of legal cultures among the EU Member States. However, the constant disparities between Member States does not necessary mean an overall administrative convergence. This paper will analyze the present and future relations between Romanian public administration and the EU administration systems.
