Abstract: The study explores the use of entrepreneurship and Culture in the development of elderly people’s homes in Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria. The major objective of the study is to determine the cultural impediments to the development of elderly people’s homes in Edo state, Nigeria. The other objective is to ascertain the entrepreneurial skill requirements for the elderly. Findings revealed that there is no significant relationship between culture and development of elderly people’s homes in Edo State, Nigeria. It’s more of perception issues. The study also revealed that the elderly need special skills to be relevant to themselves, society, and family Key Words: Entrepnereneurship; Culture; Elderly People’s Home; Nigeria
