Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to determine the TOWS Matrix Analysis of the operationalization of BP. Tapera (Public Housing Savings Implementing Agency), so we can plan the institution's business strategy going forward. Later this institution can anticipate in the form of strategy formulation (vision, mission, objectives, strategies, policies), strategy implementation (programs, budgets and procedures), including the preparation of organizational structures and other matters (Wheelen & Hunger, 2006). The research method used is the external and internal analysis of the strategic management model (Wheelen & Hunger, 2006). Based on the Matrix analysis results, there are 12 basic Business Strategies. In conclusion, BP. Tapera can immediately implement the TOWS Matrix as its Business Strategy in response to the institution's SWOT analysis.
