Abstract:
Environmental awareness is essential to maintain the balance of ecosystems in the world. One of them is reducing the use of plastic bags in shopping, which can reduce plastic waste heaps. Environmental awareness relates to a person's religiosity, whereas religiosity is the belief to behave rightly and wrongly. Religiosity and environmental awareness also relate to the Green Purchase Intention because it contributes to consumers' increasing interest in not damaging the environment. This study aims to determine the influence of religiosity on environmental concern, the influence of religion on green purchase intention, and the influence of environmental concern on green purchase intention.
