Abstract:
Many factors can? influence employees when no one can perform well; that is internal or external factors. Where do internal factors come from? From the nature of oneself?, employees like motivation, ability, and effort, whereas factor external employees originate from environment-like behaviour. Study This type of explanatory research proves a connection between leadership transformation, developmental career, and the performance of employees mediated by variables of motivational work , using a method approach. Study This was carried out in sectors of company energy state property involving 535 as population research. This uses a proportionate stratified random sampling technique with 200 successful respondents returning the questionnaires as a data collection method and data analysis using PLS-SEM. Key Words:Transformational Leadership, developmental career, work motivation and employee performance.
