Sustainable development in terms of interpreting the human right to a healthy environment

Abstract: In a context of fundamental human right to a healthy environment should be analyzed and other fundamental rights guaranteed by the constitution on which alone their interpretation in the context of environmental protection is in accordance with the principles of sustainable development of society. And the most important is the right to education because education can be achieved only through public awareness on environmental role in sustainable development. This study aims to explore the role of environmental education on the sustainable development of society.
