La planificacion económica en Andalucía

Abstract: RESUMEN Se analiza la política económica y social de la Junta de Andalucía durante el período autonómico, en cuanto a los planes de distinto carácter. En concreto, se estudian los planes económicos, los planes de desarrollo regional, los acuerdos de concertación social y los programas sectoriales y horizontales. En cada uno de ellos, se expone, en lo posible, la historia de los planes, su elaboración y tramitación, la estrategia seguida, los objetivos, las prioridades sectoriales, la financiación y la ejecución y el control..Aunque la opinión de conjunto es favorable, se apuntan una serie de defectos que deberían ser tenidos en cuenta por los responsables de la planificación. ABSTRACT The economic and social policy of Junta de Andalusia during the autonomy period regarding plans of different nature is analysed. In particular, economic plans, regional development plans, social agreement and sectorial and horizontal programs are studied. All of them present the history of the plans, the elaboration and the processing, the followed strategy, the objectives, the sectorial priorities, the financing and the execution and the control. Although as a whole the opinion is favourable, it indicates some faults that those in charge of planning should have taken into account.
