Redes territoriales, identidad y cooperación en la Comunidad Valenciana

Abstract: RESUMEN Este trabajo estudia las relaciones existentes entre las percepciones identitarias asociadas al territorio y los modelos de desarrollo territorial, y analiza la relación eficiente entre la complejidad identitaria asociada a la fragmentación y el localismo y las nuevas formas de planificación territorial. Recurriendo a la Comunidad Valenciana como caso de estudio, se muestra como el deslizamiento de ésta hacia un hiperlocalismo identitario, obliga a desarrollar redes de cooperación territorial. En este sentido, el artículo establece la pertinencia de una transitividad parcial de algunos de los análisis realizados sobre la Comunidad Europea al ámbito regional. ABSTRACT This paper studies the relationships between the identity perceptions associated to the territory and the models of territorial development, and it analyses the efficient relation between the identity complexity associated to the fragmentation and the localism and the new forms of territorial planning. Using the Valencian Community as a case study, this paper shows how the slip of this Community towards an identity localism, forces to develop nets of territorial cooperation. In this sense, the article establishes the suitable trend of a partial transitivity of some of the analyses made on the European Community to the regional scope.
