Producción láctea en Chile (1975-2007) y su inserción en los mercados internacionales

Abstract: RESUMEN La producción láctea ha sufrido intensas transformaciones en los últimos 30 años producto de la reestructuración económica que tuvo lugar en Chile a partir de 1973. Como consecuencia de dichos cambios existen agentes ganadores y perdedores. Dentro de los primeros un segmento importante de la Industria Agroalimentaria y Distribución Agraria, dentro de los segundos una alta proporción de productores lecheros. ABSTRACT The dairy production has suffered intense transformations in the last 30 years product of the economic restructuring that took place in Chile from 1973. As consequence of the above mentioned changes winning and losing agents exist. Inside the first ones an important segments of the Agrofood Industry and Agrarian Distribution, inside the second ones a high proportion of dairy producers.
