Abstract: RESUMEN En este trabajo se describe brevemente el funcionamiento del actual sistema de financiación de las regiones españolas, se analizan sus principales deficiencias y se avanzan algunas propuestas para su reforma. ABSTRACT This paper describes the structure of the Spanish system of regional financing, discusses its main shortcomings and advances a number of proposals for its reform.
