Abstract: The type of qualitative research through the phenomenological approach, the results showed that historical buildings have an appeal for domestic and foreign tourists, so it is necessary to preserve historical buildings Professional who supported some correct information and informant can understand the historical plot of the building, so that it can provide information to the tourism visitors in the city of Makassar.
