Abstract: This study is conducted to find the effect of foreign remittances, foreign direct investment (FDI) on economic growth in Pakistan. Time series data is used which is covering from 1990 to 2018, collected from the world development indicator data bank. ARDL bound test is used in which GDP is dependent variable while foreign remittance and foreign direct investment (FDI) are independent variables. The form the Auto Regressive Distribution Lag (ARDL) model suggest that there is long run relationship between FDI, foreign remittance and economic growth of Pakistan.
