Abstract: Green HRM is an emerging concept in management that integrates environment-friendly practices with HR to achieve sustainable growth. This paper aims to determine the impact of Green HRM practices on organizational Sustainability and Employee Retention; Evidence from the SMEs Sector of Bahawalpur, Pakistan. The data was collected through primary source and used convenience sampling. The sample targeted to SMEs Sector of Bahawalpur, Pakistan. The System equational model adopted for the data analysis and interpretation done on SMART PSL 4. Finally, this study results revealed that Green HRM practices have significant impact on the organizational sustainability and on employee’s retention. The research is limited due to the time constraints, and limited availability of the data. Furthers studies can be conducted to different settings such as hospitals, food sector, and Business institution to find the impacts of green practices on the organizational sustainability and employee’s retention.
