Abstract: This study examined the effect of integrity on employees' commitment in selected Deposit Money Banks in Oyo State. The study adopted a cross sectional research design. Primary data was generated through structured questionnaire. A total of 270 (two hundred and seventy) copies of questionnaire were distributed to respondents in 5 selected Deposit Money Banks Oyo state out of which 216 (two hundred and sixteen) copies were duly completed, returned and considered useable. The hypotheses were tested with Spearman Rank Order Correlation Coefficient with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Sciences. The result of the test yielded Obsessive commitment (Adj.
