Abstract:
The study examined Up-skilling Employees, Organizational Behaviour and Development Achievement in Selected Firms in Ibadan, Oyo State. Specifically, it focused on training and development, micro learning and peer support as indices of up-skilling while leadership, organizational culture and organizational structure were used to measure organizational behavior. This study employed descriptive research design of ex-post factor. The population for this study comprised of four selected companies in Ibadan, total of 1,900 while the respondents of this study were male and female staffs of the companies. Sample size of 429 respondents of the total population was used. This study administered questionnaire as research instruments. Data study was analyzed using frequency distribution count and simple percentages, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis from the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Descriptive statistical tools were used to illustrate demographic characteristics of the respondents. Appropriate statistical techniques such as mean and standard deviation, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were employed to analyze the research questions and hypotheses.
