Abstract: This study investigateded the impact of technological innovation, process innovation and product innovation on small and medium enterprises' performance. Schumpeter's Creative Destruction Theory provided the theoretical framework for this study. The study adopted descriptive research design and gathered data from respondents using a well-structured questionnaire, designed according to the objectives of the study. Data was gathered from one hundred and eighty-six (n = 186) SMEs owners in Ibadan metropolis. Gathered data were analyzed using descriptive statistics as well as regression analysis.
