Abstract:
The comparative analysis of the stochastic frontier models is carried out. The model of the production potential of publications volume in dynamics and the one where a scientist’s experience has been taken into account are built. Estimates of the technical production efficiency of a scientist are obtained. The definition of the production potential model is made more precise
