Abstract:
The main objective of this contribution is to propose different methodologies in order to find and compare new so-lutions for evaluating social projects. We have chosen two approaches: hedonic price and contingent valuation. These procedures can be presented in a quantitative and/or qualitative form. We emphasize the social assessment in terms of benefits of the related environmental projects.
