Impact of Senior Management Support, Employees' Involvement, and Open Corporate Culture on The Motivation of Employees: An Empirical Study

Abstract: This study is aimed to investigate the impact of senior management support, employees’ involvement and open corporate culture on the motivation of employees’ motivation by using the education sector as a study area. This paper is an empirical study and its primary data is collected through a questionnaire. The sample size of this study consists of two hundred employees (hundred from public andhundred from private institutes). Correlation and regression analysis are used to test the hypothesis of the study. The findings of the study show that employees’ motivation mainly depends upon senior management support and employees' involvement in decision making. On the other side, open corporate culture has no significant impact on employees’ motivation. The study, therefore, recommends that organizations should include some practical tools that can increase their employees’ motivation.
