Abstract: This study investigated the impact of training, job rotation, and managerial coaching on employee commitment in the banking sectors of Faisalabad, Pakistan. Employee training isanessential element for the success of an organization to achieveits goals. Training helpstheorganizations in building a moreproductiveand committedworkforce. By providing opportunities for individual employees to grow professionally, training programs i.e. job rotation and managerial coaching can thus foster greater employee commitment. The data for this research was gathered through the use of close-ended questionnaire that is designed in a Likert scale format. Based on the convenience sampling method 273 participants participated in survey. Statistical package for social sciences(SPSS) was used for analyzing the data. Results obtained reveal that the training, job rotation and managerial coachinggiven to the employees in banking sectors of Faisalabad, Pakistan improves their commitment. Atlast, recommendations are also given for future research studies.
