Abstract: This contribution presents the revision of the maps of Marshallian industrial districts and manufacturing local production systems of large firms in Spain, following the new ISTAT 2006 methodology. The article presents the methodology for the identification of local labour markets, industrial districts, manufacturing local production systems of large firms, as well as the complete results of their application to Spain.
