Abstract:
Creating a technology and operations organization that can become a trusted partner of the business and at the same time contribute to an increase in the value of the business franchise is difficult in stable market conditions. In times of economic and market turbulence this becomes a Herculean task. In this paper, we look at the substantial achievements and progress that Deutsche Bank has made and provide some practical insights and tools for others that may be facing similar challenges.
