Abstract: About the Book of Readings This edited book titled “Two Decades of Lead City University, Ibadan (Management and Social Sciences Perspectives to Contemporary Issues in Nigeria)” represents the research outputs of over forty-five seasoned, experienced scholars and mentees, in the Departments of Economics, Management and Accounting, Politics and International Relations, Behavioural Sciences. The twenty-two articles in this book adopted diverse methodologies to address contemporary issues in Nigeria through a multidisciplinary approach from the Management and Social Sciences perspective. Policy recommendations for a better future for the Nigerian government were suggested by the various authors. Professors Kabiru Aderemi Adeyemo, Omolara Campbell and Associate Professor Omoseni Adepoju are the seasoned academics of repute that painstakingly took time to edit this book thus making it suitable for teachers, lecturers and researchers to benefit from, in one way or the other. Without doubt the varying submissions of researchers in the Book of Readings will enrich the knowledge of lecturers and students in institutions of higher learning all over Nigeria and beyond.
