Abstract:
The services sector is a conglomerate of heterogeneous activities whose intrinsic characteristics hinder the study of innovation from the theoretical and empirical point of view. Innovation is one of the most important causal factors of economics outsourcing process and in this regard, consider if the traditional concept of innovation is applicable to the tourist services sector or if it is necessary to change the approach and redefine according to this economic activity. Little interest which traditionally has awakened researchers sector tourist services should revert to the growing economic importance of the same.
